This two day course introduces the concepts needed to understand, develop, and implement a management system. This course covers the ISO 2000 family of standars. Experienced instructors with real life experience explain how to build a successful management system and intregate it into the current business framework, prepare for, and achieve ISO 22000:2005 registration. Excersises prepare delegates to identify key requirements, create winning douments, develop project plans, and prepare a scope map, gain top management and employee buy-in, and all at the minimum time, effort and cost.

Course Pre-requisites  
  • This is a comprehensive course designed for individuals with little or no previous knowledge of implementing a quality management system.  Prior knowledge of relevant food safety legislation, pre-requisite programs and HACCP Principles as defined in Codex Alimentarious and ISO 22000:2005 would be beneficial.

Course Assessment

The delegate is assessed based on participation and performance throughout the duration of the course. This includes all exercises, role plays, case studies and all other activities during the course. Please note, full attendance is required during the training course.
