Auditing/Quality Assurance Programs

License compliance audits provide companies verification their licensees/members are complying with the requirements outlined in license agreements.

Trait/Genetic Royalty Audits:

Trait/Genetic Royalty audits are performed to evaluate a company's ability to track production, inventory and sales. This audit will determine if trait and genetic royalty fees have been accurately reported.

Quality Assurance Audits:

Quality Assurance audits validate that companies are complying with internal quality assurance requirements as outlined in their license agreement or those mandated by state and federal seed laws.

Dealer Audits:

Dealer audits are performed on a company's dealers to verify accuracy of reporting grower and sales data.

Grower Point of Sales Audits:

Grower Point of Sales audits are performed to verify GPOS data is accurately reported. These audits are performed at invoice level utilizing approved accounting sampling principles.

Precision Ag Training and Consulting:

Custom designed training programs for license compliance and quality assurance. Utilizes webinars and computer based training as well as one on one and group on-site training.

Filed Inspection Training:

PAS can assist companies in developing quality assurance protocols for field inspections and can train field personnel in seed quality assurance, genetic purity, disease and insect impact on seed quality.

Special Audit Programs:

PAS will conduct special audits when requested by clients. Each audit is customized to meet the focus of the client and to accurately detect problem areas.

Stewardship and Quality Management Systems - QMS

PAS is developing a program that assists companies in meeting stewardship requirements defined in "Excellence Through Stewardship" (an affiliate of the Biotechnology Industry Organization (BIO). ETS audits are a third party verification of a company's "Stewardship" program and confirmation that Quality Management Systems are in place. PAS can assist companies in developing Stewardship and QMS programs and can offer a follow-up surveillance audit to determine all requirements are being followed.
